I did it but did not dream all night about my arms getting bigger, it looks like it needs more time LOL
Well, seriously this has some logic, I remember reading Arnold's Encyclopedia where he was saying about him imagining himself before getting to bed as getting bigger and bigger and all that stuff.
Finally what we think and visualize is what we get or at least get closer to that.
