i eat per meal 2 big chicken breast with rice and gravy... advraging about 42 grams of protein with cups of cooked rice witch makes out 100 grams of carbs and the gravy for the fat.. i eat that about 2 to 3 x a day for mass cycle...

total oz of chicken per meal is 20 oz ten oz a piece


i just basically force feed and chew them swallow because anymore im feeding a machine now and not my taste buds...
