I've been reading through forum after forum on reviews and tips that only experience can provide and I'm sure this will be a site I'll check out everyday.
I'm just getting back into the gym due to a torn tendon in my left shoulder from a football injury and am feeling very good that I can post and read about anything that can help me get back in the gym faster harder better stronger.
I'm getting pumped just knowing this place has a lot of answers and people that will help their fellow workout partner.
