this could not be farther from the truth. people fast sometimes as much as 20 hours as a anabolic primer, while dieting or bulking. esp. helpful when using peptides and such. this is outdated thinking and the idea of cannabolizing muscle is way overhyped.
you don't have to eat every 2.77773 hours or you'll get small. think about it
