I never really bothered to make protein bars before but I might give it a shot . I usually buy the Quest Protein Bars by far the best protein bars I've ever had . The new flavor Cookies 'N' Cream forget about it ! Done deal ! Only 3g net carbs 1g sugar 21g protein . Didnt mean to hijack your thread But your recipe looks g2g . I have alot of time now since I got layed off
