My first cycle was 12 weeks of 475mg Kalpa test E EW. It seems to be the recommended first cycle and I was very happy with the results. I was also advised not to go too mad on my first cycle on this forum and I'm glad I took that advice.
That would definitely be my recommendation to you. See how you go with it, see what sides you get, if any and then depending on your results and expectations maybe add something else on your second cycle.
Obviously have your PCT to hand in case of unforeseen problems and sides before you start.
