Mine is usually one round post workout, one round late at night. I normally will go do sprints or some other high intensity cardio after my workout. At night I will either go for a long bike ride or light jog. I used to try and do something like a jump rope, punching bag, pull up, dip combo but my joints will start to give after a few weeks up trying to keep that up.
