I've done all of the above except pecs . Call me a pussy but I couldn't imagine jabbing into my pecs :eek: synthol I only experienced it once . Tried synthesize by chris clark it seemed to work only did 2-3 bottles of it on my delts since delts are lacking n a lil in bicep Smile just for entertainment purposes
