I have an iron stomach and I don't advise any one with out experience to eat all that at once. It does make you an animal in the gym.
Many years ago I was told to start at 60 a day and drop down until I was at 10.
Now I start at 50 and end in 50.
I liked my gains but I also ran sus and deca for one cycle then switch out deca with boldanon I may switch sus with test e because I have a bunch of it.
