anabol is pretty potent bro, also very liver toxic. if this is your first cycle i would suggest running just test e to see how your body reacts. then when you run a second you could add dbol to start 4-6 six weeks and maybe run anavar at the end. in my experience its best to try one compound at a time to gauge tolerance and results. also you will get very good results with simple cycles in the beginning so there is really no need to run complicated cycles for good growth. hope this helps, just my 2 cents. also make sure you have enough anti e's on hand to deal with any gyno that may arise.
