are you a female? or male? cause a male should take at least 50mg but up to 100mg per day, preferably split throughout the day to keep levels consistent as possible... anavar is lightweight.. you wont see much from it at 5 or 10mg, your better off donating to charity

do 50mg everyday, and throw in some test... injecting really isnt that bad.. the first time you do it you'll be a nervous wreck, but your liver will thank you later in life.
