Don’t Train More Than Four Days Per Week
#1

There’s no need for anyone to spend more than four days per week in the gym.
You don’t grow when you’re training; you grow when you’re recovering. Training is simply the stimu - lus. Once you’ve applied the stimulus you have to allow the adaptation to take place.
This can never happen if you’re always breaking yourself down. Rest is essential.
Too many people are still obsessed with the “more is better” attitude, yet those are the ones who never seem to get anywhere. Week after week, month after month, year after year they look exactly the same and are no stronger
