Hey Guys!
My Stats:
-> Male
-> 25 years
-> training for about 6 years on/off (got few 1-2 month breaks)
-> 93kg body weight
-> about 20 % body fat (gonna buy a caliper next few days to measure)
-> 181cm height
I calculated my calorie need the other day:
-> ~3300kcal normal day
-> ~3700kcal training day
Does that sound good to you?
Have my diet planned out eating about 6 meals a day... every 2.5 - 3 hours.
Marcos should be about: 40P - 40C - 20F
I thought for my first cycle the following would be great:
1 - 15 Test E 500mg per week.
1 - 15 arimidex 0.5mg eod
17 - 19 Nolvadex 40mg per day
19 - 21 Nolvadex 20mg per day
What do you think about that?
Kick start with Dbol? Not on the first cycle, right?
