I'm taking milk thistle for the liver. I have read that it could interfere with the steroid effectiveness. I haven't noticed, but I'm not sure I would being my first cycle.

With the dbol, I am taking it throughout the day but I have read both theories on with or without food. I started taking after meals and have had no stomach issues. Also, increasing my water intake has caused the headaches to subside.
