could be lots of things thats why i dont do jab them no more. could be close to a nerve, if you havent pinned that area of the leg before or in a while, needle could of being a bit blunt causing bruising, i know some guys like to eat up the gear for 10-15 seconds with boiling water they say it helps i just jab my checks lol
