Keep nolva on hand and have some clomid for PCT.

PCT - Nolva or clomid?

I was planning the following:

2 weeks of use at 150mg per day
1 week at 100mg per day
1 week at 50mg per day

For the anavar only second cycle, I would plan on waiting a week or two, then run the var at 5 weeks, 80 mg.
