I would suggest that you forget the Proviron and Anavar(save them for another cycle)
500mg of Test E per week for 10 weeks is fine for a first cycle, keep the Nolva on hand in case of any signs of side effects, you could also use the Nolva for PCT at 40mg per day for the first 7 days then 20mg per day for the next 14 days.
Make sure your diet is clean and you train hard.
