Do you mean post injection lumps? ive used EQ and not really noticed any lumps after injection but then again i mixed it with test e and used 1 syringe , i did get the occasional knot in my muscle but a few minutes rubbing under the shower always sorted that out.
I find the worse for post injection lumps / pain is zambon winny ... that stuff kills lol .. from now on its winny orals or ill drink the amps lol
