I will be doing a 12 week cycle of test e in a few weeks and could use some help.

First is for my first try should I run 4 weeks of debol at 10 to 20 mg a day or stick with test only cycle

2nd Can I run Nolvaxyl only for 4 weeks at the end and be ok or should I add something else.
