A good safe clean cycle i have done earlier years w noticable results w low sides look somethg like this
25 mg anavar
200 to 400 mg primobolan
500 mg test enan
U wont get that freaky big look like a first test decca dbol cycle but this is playin it on the safer end it will be noticable for a first time use cycle but not comparable to that cycle but sides are low a little less to wry about your first go at it
something a little bit more on serious mass gains
500 mg enan
300 to 600 mg decca
25 to 50 mg dbol ed
then u will be in serious buissness w strength and mass gains in short time but sides and safety factor w ill go up
