im saj and im a newbie!
about me im 26, 5ft8 and about 10 and a half stone,
jus generally feel unhealthy lol!
i really want to get into shape ,i wanna get big and ripped, like the rest of ya! lol
looking forward to hitting the gym hard,
i wanna see some real results,
only thing is, i'm very impatient!
