hello everyone, i am a new guy. Looking forward to being on here i really have a lot of questions i need help answering! I am 32 working my way back into bodybuilding also an avid wakeboarder.

Hi ya bro welcome to the forum, We have alot of knowledgeable guys on here who are always happy to help, So just post your questions up in the relevant sections and you'll get the answers you need.
You can also go through the forum and read the articles, there is alot of great info there.
