I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.

What is your nutrition schedule like?
What snacks do you have during the workday?
What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?

I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)

I work days and nights, But I generally don't have a problem getting the right intake of food, I work alone and have cooking facilities so its fairly easy to keep on top of things, I do sometimes tend to eat more than I should when I work nights but it dosen't cause any major problems. It's qute funny when I get to work because I turn up with a big shopping bag full of food for the day/night ahead! They do make fun of me, lol

Lol, I have to get prepared for college. Protein shakes / fruit / chicken, lol

I do most of my cooking at night seeing as how all we have here is a fridge and microwave. but i usually dont snack in between meals cause im trying to concentrate on drinking water. When i make dinner i usually make like two or three servings extra. and i will usualy cook another seperate meal so that i have three to four bowls of food to bring to work. and then eat one every 2-3 hours. Before the gym amino fuel, creatine, and sometimes and NO preworkout drink. After work out BCAAs drink and protein shake(usualy while in the shower).
