How often do you cheat?

Several people believe that you need to have a "cheat day" or a "cheat meal" to stay sane lol. Do you have a cheat day or cheat meal. If so, how often?

I have a cheat day every week i think ,It should be a meal or two on that day where you eat a lax version of your regular diet..unlike cc

I also have 1 cheat day a week, but unlike eazy I use the whole day to eat what I want, Pizza, Burgers, fries, cakes and ice cream whatever, one cheat day a week is good for the body and helps to speed up your metabolism.
If you have a cheat day you are less likely to cheat when eating strict for the rest of the week. It works well for me.

Very true! Personally speaking, a cheat day would cause a derailment (so-to-speak) lol so I try to keep it a cheat meal...

If i cheat, i go off diet it sucks. But what i need to do is cheat a meal and stay on. I rather stay strong i dunno. lol

If I have one its followed by another 6. I'm just a junk food addict, but I do really try to be good.

Good post.

I actually eat what i want whenever i want. Rarely are there brownies or cake around the house or ice cream. I really enjoy eating fish, steak and chicken. Brown rice its like heaven to me.

But when i think about it everyday i might eat a bagel on one day or, hershey wth almonds candy bar. Reese peanut butter cups kill me. But then again once a week if that.

When i cheat most likely im eating to much steak, to much eggs but really its just good for ya right lol. Lobster whenever i can get it.

all day, every Saturday. 1000-1500 grams of carbs, any carbs
minimal fat all day < 150 grams
