Just not enough hours in the day at the moment but I can be as strict as I want on my diet any time.

I'm with you neither of them are really that difficult(but I have a hard time putting on weight not losing it). It baffles me at all the people I work with saying they can't lose weight and there diets are crap. But I think that the real problem is the amount of mis-information out there on how to lose weight. When all you really have to do is look at what you guys do. The big low body fat bodybuilders. Eat constantly and eat healthy. I have a bunch of bb prep coaches at my gym and they are all lean and always walkin around with chicken breast and veggies. They are what keeps me motivated! The constant catch up game I put on my self. Always comparing my self to where I want to be instead of being content with where I am.
