Generally speaking (esp. when taking supplements) - it's best to drink a LOT of water... Personally speaking, I have a difficult time drinking the required amount of water. Do you have any tips?

i carry around a 4L jug with me all the time... it seems to remind me to drink more... it will take a bit for you to get used to consuming that much
start trying to do 2L constantly then 3 then 4 etc
to change things up a bit ill add crystal light to the water.... lots of different flavors to try there

I agree because it is hard, I have a 64 oz AM/PM soda bottle that I use to keep my water in
I just fill it up throughout the day as I finish it

yeah and smaller bottle is easier to take with you

Nalgene bottle with a flavored BCAA Supplement like Chain'd out or Xtend or Purple Wraath, the only way i can get it done lol.

I like your crystal light suggestion!! Since you take a 4 L jug around with you daily, how much do you drink? (how frequently do you fill it up?)

i pound water from a shaker all day at least 2 gals a day
