#1

I have shoulder pain on push motion with pain going down my arm across bicep into forearm. I had it X-ray'd and was given medication. Any advise on a fast recovery?

I had similar pain with a rotator cuff injury, did they do an ultrasound and look around in there??

So far just Xray. I am probably going to get an MRI I have stopped lifting which sucks. I hope it is strained and nothing more. I don't wish any injuries on anyone like this.

I think when I dove for a ball during a playoff game I may have bruised it than I continued to train and the pain got worse. I am going to see a specialist and I will report back to board brothers with out come.

I got a cord shot from the doctor right in the shoulder it was cool... I am scheduled for a MRI. I might have a partial tear... I am relaxing so I don't make it worse. What sucked was he used a 20 gage needle, I am use to 23G and 31G on the slin

wish you speedy recovery bro,
I now this post was long time ago but i'm curious about it

how did the operation go ?
what was the convalescence like ? how did manage your diet ?

you should be back to training now , is there any problem with training or you're 100% normal

sorry to ask so many questions but as I said, i'm just curious Smile
