bros at this moment we can ship orders with sciroxx products so if one has pending orders and want faster shipping create a ticket and let customer support know you want replacement.
Regarding orders which got stuck at mail company we still work, its not easy believe me.

this game has many ups and downs. if you haven't experienced any downs, you haven't been in the game long enough. people should not act like rookies, and refunds in this business. funny, sounds like Target
plan ahead, plan ahead .plan ahead. never try and get your stuff when you need it b/c your show is this date and that date. recipe for disaster. plan ahead so you never have any problems with delivery hangups.
oh and btw, business taken somewhere else might one day lead to you spending money, you then being patient, you then becoming impatient, and then you never receiving any communication, product or money from the new supplier. when that happens, you'll see this is not as bad as you think, just a delay.

Jelly all im saying is that this happens to any source you go to sooner or later. I understand it sucks, i hate it to i am also waiting for gear, but it finally showeds up on my tracking numbers, so im sure your order is about to clear and be sent aaswell.
just like c.m. said there are many other places that wont send you anything at all, they will just rip you off completly.
