Carb Intake????

I'm trying to gain and think my carbs are a little low but I'm not sure? My macros are as follows
Calories 4000-5000 if not more
Protien 300+
Carbs 300 + or - a little

Any one got any input?

Yeah. I'd bump them up 300 protein is good. I'd use 300 protein 400 carbs and 120-150 fats. On workout days. I add another 60 carbs of dextrose. Post workout. 50 protein 80 carbs for first 5 meals and than just 50 protein last meal. Make sure ur last meal is at least 20 grms fat to slow down protein synthesis. I use an omega oil. Check ur grocery store. I get a blend of grape seed oil , flax oil and xtra virgin olive oil 500 mls for like $6.

Yeah I was thinking I should go for that. Probably start bringing pasta for lunch more regularly or brown rice I used to eat a lot more of that.

All. Great ideas. If ur ever in a rush add grounded up oatmeal to ur shakes. I blend mine and pasta is great. Carbs are super concentrated.
