Protein Pancake!

Try this out!

50g oats
2 scoops of protein
5 egg whites

Blend together and then cook as a thick pancake turning over to make sure its cooked though. spread with sugar free jam.

hey cc does it actually taste any good or do you just chow it down lol
I don't mind raw oats with a choc shake , never thought about making them into a pancake.
