While trying to build muscle while simultaneously losing body fat, it can be difficult to find that "right balance" and not eat too much or too little. Right now I'm in that "experiment and monitor" phase yet haven't found that right balance quite yet.. How did you find your balance?

Well, when I eat too much I feel heaviness in my stomach, it also depends on what food you eat. For example last time for me milk even @1,5% fat is not good so I excluded it also I started to put more accent on rice and meat and I feel much better, sleep better plus I have more energy at the gym.
I never go to MC Donald and no junk food I think I drink soda just a few times per year when I have nothing else near me.
While loosing fat eat rice for carbs and 5-6 times of small food portions per day will do the job. Also take 1 month to do just supersets.

Hey admin,
When you mention "rice" are you talking about brown rice? Also, what are your thoughts on grilled chicken from fast food?
