Favorite pin spot?
#11

I've only done test E, and I've hit Glutes and Delts.

I like hitting Delts, much easier. However, I get PIP on Delts even with just test e. It feels like a three day charley horse. I have a good pain threshold, so I still hit Delts, but not right before shoulder day. I hit it on Sunday, train shoulders Thursday. If I didn't, I would have an uncomfortable workout. I did it last week, and it was painful, but I've been through worse.

My first vile I didn't get any pip in Glutes. Second vile, I bruise and get pip. Like a little knit of swelling. But nothing major.

Delts, because afterwards I don't feel any discomfort. Plus it is more accessible for me, and I feel less pip during injection.

Glute is my fave also. Delt would be my second and the only other spot I've done is the quad. Quads killed me though, I must not have done it correctly because I had crazy soreness afterwards.

Quads for me, I like to be able to see what I'm doing!

Quads. With my dodgy eyesight I NEED to see what I'm doing.

Triceps, usually the left. For whatever reasons, I feel less pain in the triceps than in the biceps or quads.
