It is worth looking into though. Other will be able to give you a better recommendation on what to take for liver support.
Iâve read quite extensively about liver support. Iâve read that N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is really good, so much so they give it to people that have acetaminophen poisoning. They do this because NAC is almost 100% hepatoprotective when administered within 8 hours after the acetaminophen ingestion.
Now that is the medical variety of N-acetylcysteine. But you can also buy NAC as an over the counter supplement. It is not as strong, but Iâve read it is helpful.
I actually take it for general health, because I want my liver to stay healthy, and it is good for other organs as well. It really has many general health benefits.

Anyone worried about liver health should consider cutting right back on alcohol, over the counter painkillers and all other similar possibly toxic products as well as taking or considering taking liv 52 and other liver protectants.
Having said that, the liver is a remarkable organ and if you give it a chance it has amazing self healing qualities.
Dare I say it? Your diet can help keep your liver in good working order. Green veg, green tea, grapefruits, turmeric and loads of other foods can help cleanse it.

The liver really is special. I read you can lose 3/4 function and it will still work. And it heals pretty well too. Amazing thing!

I do find it amazing how it can heal the way it does. It makes me wonder why other organs cannot do the same thing.
