Ok, I get the workout, it is bound to make your arms grow. But the body growing while sleeping is a given, can you really illicit more growth by training you mind to think about it? I love his mad scientist act though, it was entertaining for sure. Rich is awesome. Lol!

Well, seriously this has some logic, I remember reading Arnold's Encyclopedia where he was saying about him imagining himself before getting to bed as getting bigger and bigger and all that stuff.

Finally what we think and visualize is what we get or at least get closer to that.
