I thought about HGH, but I admit, I don't know enough about it yet. Maybe a cycle in the future, but I'll have to see how it goes.

Do you think it's everything it's billed to be, the magic youth pill?

My experience with it was hit and miss to be honest. I was young and didnt have enough to spend money on quality GH so I went with cheap generics that didnt do much for me. Once I had the means to buy good quality GH I saw great results, my skin was tighter, I felt that I had a lot more energy, my muscles looked fuller, I lost a bit of fat, and my vascularity was off the chain. I only did my GH in long term cycles, longest I stayed on GH was 6 months. In my personal opinion it really isnt worth the coin if you cant buy at least 4 months worth of it using it at 4iu daily.

Well that is an investment, but seems worth it. I'll probably move to a more powerful test first. But eventually I want to find out what works best for me, that means trying things.

How long did the beneficial effects of the kosher stuff last, out of interest?

This is gonna sound stupid but, I feel like the use of high quality GH changed the ability for my body to put weight on faster. Before I ever touched the GH I had a very hard time putting on weight on a bulking phase, I would hardly put on 5lbs. Now I can easily jump up 10-15lbs over the course of a few months, I realize not all weight is muscle, but I do gain some lean muscle tissue. The last time I used growth was last November through February, and I'm still tight and my muscles still look round and full, even though im on a ketogenic type diet.

What is a ketogenic diet?

Its a type of cutting diet that cuts out all carbohydrates and primarily relies on fat and protein. After sometime your body will rely on fat as a fuel source instead of glycogen, burning off body fat.

Hmm, I once did a low carb diet, and it had really hurt my lifts. My energy levels where really low. Is it something you just have to tough it out through?

Weirdly, my lifts are never affected by me being in a low carb state. I always feel strong in the gym, even before I started using gear. If you feel like you are losing strength, dont get discouraged, it happens to a lot of people. Are you cycling right now? Which compounds are you using?
