do you guys feel that broccoli cause bloat??, lately I been so bloated and its been really u comfortable, when I googled broccoli it says it may cause bloat, do you broccoli eaters notice this?

I eat a good size handful several times a day, but I think Im gonna change it up a little

It depends on how much your eating stay about 3oz a meal and it shouldn't be to bad
