What is your approach to balancing 'clean' and 'dirty' foods in your diet? Do you prefer to eat a moderate quantity of 'dirty' foods on a daily (or otherwise frequent) basis, or do you prefer to eat strictly 'clean' most days, with the occasional 'cheat' meal or day?

I have a set goal of the amount of "clean" foods daily to support my training goals, and if I want to eat some "dirty" foods between my set meals I just do. However, this isn't a daily occurrence

I try to eat reasonable clean/healthy foods most of the time, but unfortunately, if I binge I binge! I'll then come to my senses and eat extra clean to make up for it.

I've tried but I'm afraid I just could never eat clean except for just one meal Sad

Probably why I'm not ripped . . .

i eat the things tht are best suitable for me ad my training along with my chemistry... and very few dirty foods...

GO GEAR OR GO HOME !!! Big Grin
