Whos made the change from bodybuilding to strength?

Whos made the change to strength style routines? An anything you have noticed? Body shape etc.

im my regimen i always have alitte bit of power (strength - mid-range) ,,,
hypertrophy (growth) ,, and conditioning (sepearation and tie-ins) in my training.. im a very big believer in the P.O.F STYLE of trainng.. its never let me down and im always seeing change and at the same time im always improving in strength as well as gains in general...

GO GEAR OR GO HOME !!! Big Grin
