Pull-Ups
#1

If you’re looking to build back mass and width, this exercise is a great way to go about it. Here is how you can modify the pull ups. You can use different elements for grip like towels or thick ropes. You can increase the intensity by holding a bag between your feet. In case you cannot do a pull up you can always give inverted rows a try

i really like this maneuver and yes great from power and strength & mass. if done correctly.. not all the hoping up to the bar... i have a chain belt to add weight andd love it.. but if i do this maneuver for to long it tends to give me tendinitis.. so i do this move only for sso long.. but it is a great maneuver

Probably stems from the marines but for the last couple years I put a lot of effort in adding weight to that chain. Happy to say I can climb like a mofo because of it!

There's always room for impRovement. . Lol. Unfortunately I'm never really satisfied. Kinda like a new stereo, great for a while then it needs to be louder/clearer/more bass/ears hurt lol
