Now this is something which many people have their own views about..
Just wondering people's opinions on cardio-
Which they find most effective... Benefits of each type etc
Whether it's best post workout or on a rest day..

Mine is usually one round post workout, one round late at night. I normally will go do sprints or some other high intensity cardio after my workout. At night I will either go for a long bike ride or light jog. I used to try and do something like a jump rope, punching bag, pull up, dip combo but my joints will start to give after a few weeks up trying to keep that up.

When my focus is on lowering my bodyfat so I look harder, I cut the crap from my diet and add 30 to 40 minutes of cardio after my workout 4 to 5 times a week. My cardio consists of riding the stationary bike, walking at a brisk pace on the treadmill (with an incline), or riding my regular bicycle on a bike trail adjacent to my housing development.

i heard tht blast n cruise cardio is the best way to burn fat...
