Hi LShane. I'm a 55 year old guy myself but still working towards that retirement goal. I've been working out pretty all my adult life but wasn't serious about building muscle mass until about 3 years ago. I had neck surgery last summer and had to stop the heavy lifting for a while. When I started getting back into it last fall, I had a lot of catching up to do. A friend of mine turned me onto HM. I haven't posted much on the site, mainly because I'm too busy, but I have made a couple of purchases through the GBN Store since then. Needles to say., I gained back what I lost plus some. Feel free to hit me up on the site if you want to share experiences with another older guy.
