Thinking about a clen cycle and came across a few articles stating that taurine is a must when using clen.
1. is this right? why?
2. what is the dosage of taurine needed?

Taurine and potassium for cramping
I think its 3-6g of taurine and 500mg of potassium

Clen depletes taurine levels and some people get cramps, also a lot of water is needed.
1. if you get cramps you will need taurine
2. 3-5 grams/day
