i oftern buy a protein shake witch is 40grams of protein
but 20 grams of this is from soy issolate
i never thought much of it as rest is whey
but i recently heard that soy is bad to take as suppliment
whats peoples houghts on this

Soy can raise estrogen levels
that's enough for me not to injest soy

looking around at ingredent a lot of protien shakes contain soy if read lables
there are lots out there that dont
Allmax isoflex being one of them
if was lookng to not have a soy shake then i would really read the lable
its quite hard to get away from the soy protien
hear are few shakes all contian soyer in
