Hello!! Ive currently been using extreme's whey but at my local gym they sell SCI-MX which also gets good reviews

I thought it would be interesting to find out what supplements everyone recommends?

for most it depends of your goals bro, here is a list below is what I take wether Im bulking or cutting, I usually drop the weight gainer when cutting or change up the protein to something slow absorbing
isolate protein
weight gainer (or some kind of slow absorbing protein)
Creatine
NanoX9
L-glutimine
CLA
EFA
BCAA
Amino acids
milk thristle
ALA (when I have extra funds)
cytocarb (when using slin)
energy shots (usually Rocket Shots)

I use
protein
BCAA
Vitamins
L-Glutamine
and when I have more money I add other supplements such as Tribulus, ZMA or something else.

Jeez, I don't have the money for all this, lol. I could do with some BCAA though to take after a workout to assist with fat burning
What you reckon?

I found that Optimum Gold is solid for a good price - and its almost 80% whey iso,
- also optimum casein before bed
started using jack3d a few months ago for pre workout- i think its better than BSN's NO xplode-
