The Grapefruit Diet Plan

12 days on - 2 days off

Vegetables Allowed:

Red onions, green onions, bell peppers, radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cabbage, carrots, peas.

Vegetables to Avoid:

White onions, potatoes, celery.


Grapefruit Diet Breakfast Every Day:



1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
2 Eggs (any style)
2 Slices Bacon


Grapefruit Diet Lunch Every Day:



1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
Meat (any style, any amount)
Salad (any kind of dressing)


Grapefruit Diet Dinner Every Day:



1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
Meat (any style, any amount) (fish may be substituted for meat)
Vegetables (any green, yellow, or red vegetables cooked in butter or any seasoning)


Grapefruit Diet Night Time Snack Every Day:



1 glass tomato juice or 1 glass Skim milk

What is the benefit of this grapefruit diet plan can you explain?

I can say this.......

If you are going to do a grapefruit diet you should have a handful of dbol so you don't waste away.

Huge Tom could steer you in the right direction but if you are going that caloric restrictive I would go a minimum of 15-20 mg a day.

With that amount of grapefruit even a pill at 6 am, noon, and 6 pm would be a good muscle sparing regimen if you were doing sprints or jumping rope.

If no one else says this.......

Grapefruit (without a big long scientific explanation) let's pills sit in your intestines and keep having a positive affect. Basically, you would need less of a pill if you had a steady diet of grapefruit. But since we all like extra effects, I would eat a 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast everyday if I was taking orals.

Breakfast: 2 slices of bacon, black coffee, half grapefruit or 8 ounces grapefruit juice, 2 eggs,
Lunch: half grapefruit or 8 ounces grapefruit juice , Salad with salad dressing, unlimited meat,
Dinner: Red or green vegetables (except starchy ones such as peas, beans, corn, sweet potatoes) or salad, unlimited meat or fish, and half grapefruit or 8 ounces grapefruit juice
Bedtime snack: 8 ounces skim milk or tomato juiceSmile

Grapefruit is known to have liver restoring/ cleansing properties im guessing that's the idea behind this?
