Can any one give me some advice on a good first cycle and a safe place to get it from?
I am 36, been training for 4 years
210lbs
14% body fat
Diet is clean but not perfect
Training is spot on

Just finished a bottle of winni v on top of 3 tabs of clen a day and about to begin a cycle of pentadex 300 what would u recommend for dosage during the beginning weeks ?
