ok im going to log the products im getting from gbnstore.top those are the ones i have won from the gbngo contest on another bodybuilding site called outlawmuscle.com.they havent ask me to do this but i believe in those guys i have friends how buy from them how are growing,and its aleast thing i could do for those guys . ill be updating every few days im out of shape a little as only been back in gym a few month after car crash and other personal reasons ,would like to thank everone at gbnstore for the contest and for allowing me to do this,soon as products arrive ill be starting ......cycle as follows...........
weeks 1-10 500mg test e
weeks 1-8 deca 250mg
weeks 1-3 30mg a day
my Starting weight will be 14.3 stone/197lbs BF 13-14%
height 5.9
age 31
training since i was 15 years old

Cant wait to see your results bro. From your body frame alone it sure looks like you can pack some serious size. Looks like you have good genetics and are very evenly proportioned.

You got a very nice frame bro, work for 16 years payed of nicely. Now about your cycle, deca is not gonna take effect before week 5 so I would suggest you bump it up to 10 weeks to take the full benefit from it. If you do that you should also bump the test to 12 weeks so you don't have to battle with the 'deca dick'.

thank you sir only been back traiining 6 months lost alot of mass gain a little weight after car crash,would of loved to bumped up he cycle to 12 weeks and the deca to 10 weeks but its all about the funds right now due to christmas etc but yes you are right takes around 6 to 8 weeks but well see what the christmas specials are like and ill gab another test e
