500 mg test and 600 mg eq for 15 weeks, starting the eq a week earlier so that they clear at the same time. The dbols will be 50 mg a day for the first 40 days.

Thanks a lot bro. I won't be starting for a while, I'm just getting back to training after a couple months of shoulder rehab crap. I wanna get my routine and diet back on point before I start

I partially dislocated it years ago (doing skull crushers, as weird as that sounds). After about a year it seemed back to normal, and it was ok for probably 3 more years and then a year ago started hurting again. Doctor said I have weak rotator cuffs and an impingement in my left shoulder. Right one is starting to do the same crap too (a lot of clicking and popping)

I am always very careful after getting a small back trauma. I always do proper warm up ad decided to use less weight when I feel unsure.

keep us updated on your success bro. btw gbn here runs a dbol contest and you can take a part as you ordered dbol from them.

I hear you on that one, I do tons of warm ups and don't go very heavy anymore. I'm almost ready to start, just getting my diet and routine dialed in. Shoulder's feeling ok, not perfect but it probably won't ever be again
