im three injections deep on a tren A 100 and Omandren 250 twice a week. With the help of the folks here I found out I did not have enough of the tren to run this cycle correctly SO as suggested i'm adjusting to this new 12 week run
ill run d-bol at 50mg for 4 weeks ED
test c at 750 for 12 weeks, also split at 2 injections a week
that will give me a 12 week cycle
clen at 140 to 160mg and t-3 at 50mg I seem to handle this pretty well, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Novaldex at 10mg a day to cut down on gyno and bloat
lets see how this goes. Im looking to put on some good lean muscle and not the fat. Id like to get pretty vascular and ripped but that may be a task looking at my starting point.

you can run T3 through out zero problems know guys who ran it for 10 and 12 months. new studys show its fine with noo problems. but if running 2weeks on 2weeks off would be better 2days on 2days off as T3 has a long active life around a day and a half ish. Tren dam bro looking to get huge fast??

nice ha how many kcals a day? cuttting with hope of adding mass im guessing yeh??

yes you are on the money as to what i want to do.
diet isnt bad but i have not been keeping a log/. It is hard for me to get the calories as the gastric bypass years ago limits how much i can eat at a time
guess i have to stop drinking beer LOL

feeling good and happy with the kalpha pharm test c
zero and i mean zero post injection pain
SOOO much better than the cycle i did before. That one had me worried about the lump, pain and soreness i had,

ok ive finished the 4 weeks of d-bol 50mg a day
im starting week 5 of a twelve week test c cycle.
i have been at 375 mg twice a week or 750mg a week
now that the d bol is done im thinking of upping to 500mg twice a week of 1000mg a week
thoughts?
i take 20mg novaldex daily to help ward off bad sides

1000mg of test sounds good but dont go over 1000mg. I think this is maximum a normal person can take.

i figured that was topping out
after reading that test c doesnt really hit until week 7-8 im wondering if extending the cycle to 15 weeks at the current levels of 750 a week would be better that going to 1000mg a week for the 12

also ive been feeling bloated but yesterday i started pissing my brains out
seems with me i bloat for a while and when the body decides it cant hold more water i start dumping Is that normal?
also 3 days into my second clen cycle on this one

Workout today SUCKED!!
Felt like a weak puppy, no drive no stamina no desire and I get very frustrated about that.
Yesterday I had 3 beers. Today my workout suffered big time. This only differant Ive done in the last couple of months was those beers.
I have to atribute my lack of a good workout to that. So Im Done. I like beer but not if it is going to rob me of the hard work ive been doing to get the way i want.
No where near there yet but I will no longer have this roadblock to overcome.

Sometimes it just the mental aspect of knowing you had those beers which negatively impacts your workout. The mind, while powerful, has equitable weaknesses.
