have set up western union for payment and have been asked to call customer service for verbal authentication....is this standard?

any idea what information they will request.

I know guys from UK who have used alert pay just fine with a normal Visa cash card , the only prob with alert pay is there is a limit on how much you can spend, i think you can lift the limit but not too sure ... anyone know ?

You need to transfer needed amount to your AP account and then transfer it where you want it. So AP has not limits.
